Business Manager

Job Description

• Key Account Management : Oversee key client accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and identifying upsell/cross-sell opportunities. 
• Industry understanding : Sales and Account Management experience in Engineering Services and Technical Services with experience in Automotive, Aerospace, Lifesciences and/Industrial Manufacturing in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Embedded or in Digital services. 
• Sales Strategy : Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to drive new business and expand existing accounts. Monitor market trends and adjust strategies accordingly. 
• Business Development : Identify new business opportunities and build relationships with potential clients. Cultivate long-term partnerships to foster repeat business. 
• Performance Tracking & Process Improvement : Analyze sales performance data, generate forecasts, and report. Streamline the sales process to ensure efficiency and success. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, products, and competitor activities. 
• Collaboration : Work closely with the Presales, Finance and Delivery teams to ensure alignment and smooth communication.
