Responsibilities

• Sales Leadership and Growth: Drive sales by engaging with customers, providing comprehensive product information, and closing sales at retail showrooms. Develop and implement strategies to increase showroom footfall and improve sales conversion rates.
• Team Leadership and Motivation: Lead, motivate, and manage showroom sales teams to meet individual and team sales targets. Foster a high-performance culture through consistent guidance and team-building initiatives.
• Training and Development: Conduct regular training sessions to enhance product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service excellence. Continuously assess and improve team performance through coaching and feedback.
• Performance Monitoring and Analytics: Track and analyze key performance metrics, including sales, footfall, conversion rates, and customer satisfaction scores. Prepare detailed performance reports and provide actionable recommendations to improve showroom operations.
• Marketing and Brand Management: Plan and execute ATL (Above-the-Line) and BTL (Below-the-Line) marketing initiatives to enhance brand visibility and attract customers. Work closely with the marketing team to align promotional campaigns with business objectives.
• Operational Compliance and Standards: Ensure all showroom operations adhere to company policies, procedures, and brand standards. Maintain consistency in customer experiences across all locations and uphold the company reputation for quality and service.

Qualifications

• UG: Any Graduate

Experience

• 3+ years in Automobile Industry
