Business Manager - Vikatan Wealth

Vikatan Wealth Pvt. Ltd., part of the Vikatan Group, is expanding its wealth management and financial services business. We are looking for an experienced Business Manager to drive business growth, AUM, revenue, client acquisition and operations.  

Role 

To lead and grow Vikatan Wealth by managing business, sales, operations, revenue, profitability and HNI client relationships. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Develop and execute business and revenue growth plans. 
• Drive AUM, SIP, customer acquisition and revenue. 
• Build and manage relationships with HNI and UHNI clients. 
• Acquire new HNI clients and grow the existing client portfolio. 
• Lead and manage the sales and operations teams. 
• Develop new business through B2C, B2B, digital channels and partnerships. 
• Leverage Vikatan's brand and digital audience for customer acquisition. 
• Identify new investment products and business opportunities. 
• Ensure excellent customer service and long-term client relationships. 
• Set targets, monitor performance and drive profitability. 

Candidate Profile 

• 10 - 12+ years of experience in Wealth Management / BFSI / Mutual Funds / FinTech. 
• Strong experience in HNI/UHNI client acquisition and relationship management. 
• Proven track record in business development and sales leadership. 
• Experience managing AUM, revenue, P&L and teams. 
• Strong knowledge of investment and wealth-management products. 
• Excellent relationship-building, leadership and commercial skills.
