Business Manager/Store Manager

Role & responsibilities

• Ensure exceptional customer service and promote an excellent customer-centric culture among staff.
• Implement effective solutions to address issues promptly, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
• Be adaptable to changing customer needs and preferences.
• Ensure the stores layout and product displays are visually appealing and in compliance with company guidelines.
• Lead by example, demonstrating professionalism, a strong work ethic, and a commitment to the store's success.
• Manage store expenses, budget, and resources effectively.
• Create a positive and inclusive work environment where all team members feel valued and motivated.
• Prepare and submit regular reports on store performance, sales, and expenses.
• Analyze data to identify trends and make data-driven decisions.
• Manage and deliver a profitable store by achieving the AOP, audit and D&E target for the respective store.
• Take decisions with respect to stock proliferation, customer relations, and refunds /refund policies.
• Ensure timely and accurate implementation of both new and existing processes, promotions, and marketing offers in the store Inventory Management.
• Allocating tasks and creating duty rosters for staff.
• Ensuring the store layout and other implementation is according to the planogram.
• Uphold all legal and regulatory requirements, including health and safety standards.
