Business Manager (KAM)

Key Responsibilities:

• Call existing customers for Commercial Vehicle (CV) insurance renewals.
• Coordinate with Relationship Managers (RMs) for renewal follow-up and customer servicing.
• Manage renewal leads for high-value Digital Partners.
• Generate renewal quotations across multiple insurers and negotiate with customers.
• Complete end-to-end online renewal policy issuance for Commercial Vehicles (>3.5 Ton GVW).
• Collect and verify renewal documents and ensure timely policy issuance.
• Achieve renewal conversion, premium, and productivity targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction.

Skills Required:

• Experience in CV Motor Insurance Renewals.
• Knowledge of insurer portals, quote generation, and online policy issuance.
• Good communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
• Basic MS Excel and CRM knowledge.
