Business Manager - Growth & Strategy

Job Description:

Business Ownership & Targets:

- Own assigned business targets and initiatives end-to-end, from problem identification to execution and measurement.

Strategy & Problem Solving:

- Identify performance gaps, customer drop-offs, and growth opportunities; develop structured solutions and clear action plans.

Funnel & Growth Management:

- Analyse funnels, customer segments, cohorts, conversion metrics, and channel performance to improve acquisition, conversion, retention, and repeat engagement.

Execution & Coordination:

- Translate strategies into action, drive timelines and dependencies, and work with Product, Marketing, Calling, Data, Finance, Operations, Customer Support, and external partners to ensure closure.

Business Performance & Economics:

- Track revenue, costs, conversion, customer behaviour, and unit economics; identify deviations and drive corrective actions.

Business Insights & Reporting:

- Maintain business MIS, forecasts, and leadership reviews, and convert data and customer insights into actionable recommendations.

New Initiatives:

- Identify, evaluate, test, and scale new channels, partnerships, process improvements, and business ideas.

Experience Required:

- 2 - 5 years of experience in Business Growth, Strategy, Business Management, Category Management, Revenue, Growth Analytics, Channel Management, or a similar role.

- Experience owning business targets, conversions, revenue, customer growth, or performance metrics is strongly preferred.

- Experience in Fintech, NBFC, Digital Lending, Financial Services, or a high-growth consumer business will be preferred.
