About this role
*Business Manager – Distribution Sales (Fans & Geysers)*
*What You'll Do:*
Own & grow fan & geyser sales across assigned districts in TN — think _territory boss mode_
Manage 5–8 key distributors + 200+ retail touchpoints — keep them stocked, motivated, and selling
Hit aggressive monthly/quarterly targets — volume + margin = your KPI duo
Run dealer meets, POS promotions, product demos — make the brand pop in every shop
Track competitors — price, promo, placement — and outmaneuver them
Fix stock gaps, reduce dead inventory, manage returns & credit — no chaos allowed
Report daily/weekly sales, forecasts, and market intel — data + gut = unstoppable combo
Travel 50–60% — motorbike or car (we cover allowance), so you're always on the road
*Who We're Looking For:*
10–15 yrs in FMCG/appliance distribution sales — fans/geysers preferred
Proven ability to manage P&L, drive channel growth, and hit targets consistently
Killer negotiator + relationship builder — dealers love you, not fear you
Tech-savvy with Excel, CRM, WhatsApp Business — no paper pushers here
Owns 2-wheeler or car — mobility = power
Hungry, humble, and ready to hustle — no ego, all results
