Business Manager - CV - NCR

Role & responsibilities

• Drive field sales activities through regular market visits, CV dealer meetings, and customer sourcing.
• Generate Commercial Vehicle loan business through dealers, DSAs, brokers, and other channel partners.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with CV dealers and key market stakeholders.
• Source quality CV loan customers and manage leads from sourcing to disbursement.
• Achieve assigned login, disbursement, and monthly business targets.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand the dealer/channel partner network.
• Coordinate with Credit, Operations, and other internal teams for smooth and timely loan processing.
• Ensure quality sourcing, proper documentation, and adherence to company policies and processes.
