Business Manager/BM - Home Loan & Mortgage Loan (Team Handling)

We are hiring a dynamic and result-oriented Business Manager for our Home Loan & Mortgage Loan division.This is a Team Handling Profile where you will be responsible for leading, mentoring, and driving a high-performing sales team to achieve business targets. If you have strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of the secured loans market, and a proven track record in team management, we want to hear from you.Key Responsibilities:

• Team Leadership: Recruit, train, motivate, and manage a team of loan executives/officers to drive business growth.
• Target Achievement: Oversee team performance to ensure individual and collective monthly business targets for Home Loans (HL) and Mortgage Loans (LAP) are met.
• Business Development: Identify new market opportunities, develop channel partners (DSA, Builders, Connectors), and expand the customer base.
• Process Management: Ensure smooth loan processing from sourcing and documentation to login and final disbursement.
• Portfolio Quality: Maintain high standards of credit quality and compliance, ensuring minimal delinquency in the logged portfolio.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum 2-6 years of experience in Home Loan / Mortgage Loan sales, with at least 0-2 years of experience in handling a team.
• Education: Graduate / Post Graduate
• Leadership: Strong team-handling capabilities, mentoring skills, and ability to drive numbers through a team.
• Knowledge: Deep understanding of mortgages, LAP, loan documentation, KYC, and local market dynamics.
• Communication: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
