• Recruit & Develop Insurance Advisors for Business Generation
• Build Strong Relationships with Agents for Lead Generation
• Ensure Regular Meetings & Follow-ups with Agents/Customers
• Achieve Business Targets through the Agency Network
• Provide Product Training & Sales Support to Insurance Advisors

Preferred candidate profile :

• Excellence Communication skills.
• Presentable and Groomed.
• Basic Knowledge of Life Insurance
• Minimum 2 Years of Experience in Life Insurance Sector
• Candidates with Agency Channel experience will be preferred
• Good Relationship Management & Sales Skills
