About this role
We are looking for experienced PowerPoint and Presentation Specialists to support a project involving the review and refinement of business presentations and prompts.
The role requires strong business judgment, presentation expertise, attention to detail, and the ability to turn complex information into clear, professional, executive-ready content.
What Youll Do
- Create, edit, format, and review professional PowerPoint presentations.
- Review slide content for clarity, accuracy, structure, and consistency.
- Improve presentation layouts, typography, visual hierarchy, alignment, and formatting.
- Transform complex information into clear and visually compelling slides.
- Review and refine prompts and presentation content according to project requirements.
- Ensure presentations follow professional and brand standards.
- Work efficiently under tight deadlines while maintaining high-quality output.
What Were Looking For
- 3+ years of experience working with presentations in management consulting, corporate strategy, corporate finance, or a similar professional environment.
- Strong expertise in creating and reviewing enterprise-level PowerPoint presentations.
- Excellent written communication and ability to present complex information clearly.
- Strong editing, rewriting, formatting, and content-review skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to maintain accuracy, consistency, and the intended message while refining content.
- Bachelors degree or equivalent practical experience in any field.
- Experience in AI evaluation, data annotation, content review, or quality assurance is a plus but not required.
Project Details
- Role: PowerPoint Presentation Specialist
- Work Type: Contractor
- Duration: Up to 10 weeks
- Commitment: At least 8 hours/day, up to 40 hours/week
- Schedule: Includes 4 hours of overlap with PST
- Work Mode: Remote / Project-based
