Role Overview

Oxon Credit is looking for an experienced Business Loan Sales / Sourcing professional who will be responsible for converting generated leads into successful loan disbursements.

The candidate will engage with prospective business customers, understand their funding requirements, explain suitable loan solutions, assist them through the application process, and coordinate with banks/ NBFCs and other lending partners for documentation, approval and disbursement.

This is a customer-facing role requiring strong communication, relationship management and client convincing/closing skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Work on company-generated leads and convert prospective customers into business loan applications and successful disbursements.
• Connect with business owners, SMEs and MSMEs to understand their funding requirements and financial profile.
• Discuss and explain loan proposals, eligibility, documentation requirements, indicative pricing and the overall loan process to customers.
• Assess customer requirements and identify the most suitable lending solution based on the applicant's business and financial profile.
• Follow up consistently with prospective customers and drive leads through the complete sales funnel.
• Collect and coordinate required financial and KYC documentation from customers.
• Coordinate closely with banks, NBFCs and lending partners for case login, queries, credit assessment, sanction and disbursement.
• Act as the primary point of coordination between the customer and lender to ensure smooth and timely processing of cases.
• Resolve documentation gaps and lender/customer queries to minimise turnaround time.
• Maintain regular communication with customers throughout the loan journey and provide timely updates.
• Build strong relationships with customers and lending partners to generate repeat and referral business.
• Maintain accurate lead, application, sanction and disbursement status and achieve assigned monthly conversion/disbursement targets.

Must-Have Skills & Experience

• 2-3 years of prior experience in Business Loan sales/sourcing is mandatory.
• Previous experience working with a bank, NBFC, fintech, DSA or loan distribution company in Business Loans.
• Strong understanding of the Business Loan application and disbursement process.
• Excellent customer convincing, negotiation and closing skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to confidently interact with business owners and explain financial products.
• Strong follow-up and relationship-management capabilities.
• Ability to coordinate efficiently with multiple banks/NBFCs and internal stakeholders.
• Target-oriented mindset with a strong focus on lead conversion and disbursement
