Business Loan Sales Manager

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage a team of Business Loan Sales Executives (BL) to achieve monthly targets.
• Develop and implement effective strategies for cross-selling DSA products to existing customers.
• Conduct regular performance reviews with BLs to identify areas of improvement and provide coaching.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the competition.

Job Requirements :

• 3-15 years of experience in banking or finance industry, preferably in business loan sales.
• Strong understanding of bl (business loan) products and their applications.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets through effective leadership and strategy development.
