Roles & Responsibilities

• Generate leads for Business Loans and LAP (Loan Against Property) through field sales activities.
• Visit shops, businesses, self-employed professionals, and potential customers to generate loan enquiries.
• Identify customer requirements and recommend suitable loan products.
• Explain loan products, eligibility criteria, documentation, and application process to customers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and generate new business opportunities.
• Collect and verify required customer and employment/business documents.
• Coordinate with internal teams for login, documentation, verification, sanction, and disbursement.
• Follow up with customers regularly until the loan is processed and disbursed.
• Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, applications, and customer follow-ups.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and lending guidelines.
• Handle customer queries and provide timely updates regarding loan applications.

Candidate Requirements

• CIBIL Score: Above 650 – Mandatory
• Immediate joiners preferred.
• Previous sales/field-sales experience in Banking, NBFC, Business Loans, LAP, or financial services will be preferred.
• Good communication and customer-handling skills.
• Comfortable with field sales and meeting customers.
• On-roll opportunity.
