What You'll Do

Source Business Loan customers through market visits, references, and self-generated leads.

Meet entrepreneurs, traders, shop owners, and business proprietors.

Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable loan solutions.

Manage the complete process from lead generation to disbursement.

Coordinate with Credit, Operations, and Internal Teams for faster loan processing.

Build long-term customer relationships and generate repeat business.

Achieve monthly sales targets and earn attractive incentives.

We're Looking For

1-5 years of experience in Business Loans, , Banking, NBFC, Fintech, or DSA sales.

Strong field sales and customer acquisition skills.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.

Local market knowledge and willingness to travel.
