Role Description:-

• Drive customer acquisition for Business Loans through open-market sales.
• Identify potential customers and generate qualified business loan leads.
• Achieve business acquisition targets through effective sales strategies.

Your Key Responsibilities:-

• Acquire new business loan customers through open-market activities and field visits.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable business loan products.
• Follow up on leads, coordinate documentation, and support the loan application process.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to business growth.

Eligibility Criteria:-

• Graduate in any discipline.
• Minimum 12 months of experience in Sales or Banking preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills.

Salary & Benefits:-

• Salary: Up to 18,000 per month.
• Incentives: Up to 40,000 based on performance.
