Responsibilities also include identifying skill gaps and developing strategies to address them. This role is essential for fostering a skilled and motivated workforce.Training Capability Development LeadFacilitate training programs for new and existing employees.Assess organizational and individual training needs.Develop and manage learning content, assessments, and certifications.Schedule, deliver, and track training activities through LMS.Monitor training effectiveness and provide stakeholder reports.Partner with business leaders, operations, and clients on capability development initiatives.Support employee development, knowledge management, and Train-the-Trainer programs.Drive continuous process improvements and foster a positive learning culture.Assist with recruitment-related training activities and escalate business risks as required.
What are we looking for Strong analytical skillsWritten and verbal communicationAbility to establish strong client relationshipAdaptable and flexibleAgility for quick learningMinimum of 7 years of experience in training or a similar role focused on trainingProven track record in delivering effective sales training programsFluency in English required; additional languages are a plusStrong written and verbal communication skills with professional phone etiquette.Willingness to travel up to 20%.Self-motivated with a strong work ethic.Experience in sales training and facilitation.Basic understanding of the IT industry and related products.Knowledge of sales methodologies, adult learning principles, and coaching techniques.Strong interpersonal skills and high professional integrity.Excellent time management and ability to work independently.Ability to translate ideas into actionable plans.Positive, proactive, and results-oriented mindset.Strong organizational and project management skills.Proficiency in learning and engagement tools such as Adobe Captivate, Articulate Storyline, Kahoot, and Mentimeter.Sales Training certification preferred.

In this role you are required to do analysis and solving of increasingly complex problems
