    About this role

    Own Salesforce CRM activities including user administration, account management, sales dashboards, reporting and data analytics.

  1. Ensure sales data quality and drive continuous data improvement programs across the GPG.

  2. Prepare Power BI dashboards for GPG functions, mainly Business Development and Finance, and support user training where required.

  3. Lead automation projects using Power Apps and identify opportunities to automate GPG dashboards and reporting processes.

  4. Develop and maintain Power Apps and SharePoint based solutions for sales operations and process support.

  5. Identify inefficiencies and continuously improve sales processes across the Transformer Business Unit.

  6. Explore and implement robotic process automation opportunities in the business unit.

  7. Map segment, country and channel views for all factories in the Distribution & Traction Transformers Business.

  8. Support budget order intake planning, sales KPIs, win/loss analysis, lessons learned and pricing/margin trend reporting.

  9. Support the BOOST initiative for GPG DT and work closely with key segment leaders on critical segment requirements.

  10. Support key segments directly in collaboration with the GPG DT Business Development Lead, as required.

  11. Define and ensure implementation of sales operations strategies across the Transformer Business Unit.

  12. Maintain a detailed understanding of existing sales processes and identify areas open to process improvement.

  13. Drive and monitor key market development programs, vertical sales development, portfolio pushes and pricing enhancements.

  14. Demonstrate a safety-first approach and live the Zero Harm culture by thinking and working safely in line with organization and regulatory
