Role OverviewWe are looking for a Business Intelligence Analyst / Developer with strong experience in Power BI, SQL, and database reporting. The candidate will be responsible for developing data solutions, building reports and dashboards, performing data quality checks, and transforming data into meaningful business insights.
Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Power BI reports and dashboards.
• Work with databases and write SQL queries for reporting and data analysis.
• Build and develop data solutions using Databricks.
• Perform data quality checks and identify data inconsistencies.
• Prepare and maintain the required database structure for reporting.
• Transform and analyze data to make it consumable for business users.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand reporting and analytics requirements.
• Ensure accuracy, consistency, and reliability of business reports.
• Participate in knowledge-transfer sessions and understand existing reporting processes.

Mandatory Skills

• Power BI Reporting
• SQL
• Database Reporting / Database Management
• Experience working with Databricks is preferred.

Good to Have

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• Experience with data quality and validation processes.
• Understanding of BI and data analytics concepts.
