About this role
We at Prince India are looking to hire a
BI and AI Analyst for our client in
SaudiArabia . Work location: onsite, Riyadh, SaudiArabia We are looking for a planning leader who can turn data into availability and availability into growth. You will own the end-to-end planning cycle — from demand forecasting to supply execution to the dashboards and AI models that drive smarter decisions — and you’ll build and lead a small, high-calibre planning and BI team to do it. This is a rare chance to design an integrated planning function from the ground up at a fast- growing premium brand,
working directly with the CEO and every commercial and operational leader in the business. Responsibilities
Demand planning & forecasting Build the rolling demand forecast across all categories, channels, and regions — finished goods through to raw materials and packaging — incorporating seasonality, promotions, launches, and the Kingdom’s key commercial peaks (Ramadan, Eid, Hajj, National Day, Back-to-School). Translate sales forecasts into procurement and production requirements, and relentlessly improve forecast accuracy and bias at SKU, channel, and store level.
Supply planning, inventory & Open-to-Buy (OTB) Convert demand into integrated supply plans spanning procurement, production, warehousing, and distribution. Build and manage the Open-to-Buy (OTB) plan by category, channel, and season — translating the sales and margin plan into purchase and production budgets that govern inventory investment, protect working capital, and keep buying aligned to demand. Set and maintain replenishment logic (rate of sale, min/max, safety stock, reorder points, coverage targets) across stores, distribution centres, and factories — protecting availability while minimizing waste, obsolescence, and stock tied up in working capital. Identify supply risks and capacity constraints early and own the mitigation plan.
Product portfolio & launches Prioritize hero SKUs and strategic lines within the plan, run critical-path planning for seasonal collections, and lead supply readiness for new launches. Spot emerging winners fast and feed assortment and SKU-rationalization decisions.
Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) Build and run the monthly S&OP cycle, aligning Commercial, Marketing, Retail, Operations, Procurement, Manufacturing, Finance, and IT around one integrated plan — surfacing risks, trade-offs, and scenarios for executive decisions.
Business intelligence & AI analytics Design the automated dashboards and metrics that give the business a single source of truth on forecast accuracy, inventory health, service levels, waste, and product performance. Identify and deploy AI, machine learning, and predictive analytics — demand sensing, stock-risk detection, replenishment optimization — and partner with IT to drive the wider digital transformation.
KPIs Forecast accuracy · product availability and fill rate · stock-out rate · inventory days on hand and obsolescence · inventory investment vs. OTB plan · raw material and packaging coverage · waste and write-off reduction · hero-SKU availability · new-product forecast accuracy · reporting automation.
Experience •

Experience building and managing Open-to-Buy (OTB) or merchandise financial plans , with a clear grasp of how inventory investment links to sales, margin, and working capital. •
Advanced BI skills (Power BI, Tableau, or similar) and advanced Excel; experience with ERP and supply-chain planning systems. •
Working with microsoft dynamics is a must • SQL, Python, and applied machine learning / predictive analytics are a strong plus. • A commercial, analytical mind that connects the dots across manufacturing, procurement, and retail — and the communication skills to influence senior stakeholders. •
