Business Intelligence Analyst / Associate

Key Responsibilities

• Pull, clean, and analyze operational and financial data from across the business (production, planning, procurement, finance etc.) to surface trends, gaps, and opportunities
• Build and maintain dashboards and recurring reports (weekly, monthly) that leadership can act upon, not just read
• Translate messy, real-world data into clear numbers, visuals, and narratives
• Partner with functional teams to understand how data is generated on the ground, so analysis reflects how the business actually works
• Proactively flag anomalies, risks, or interesting patterns in the data

Skills & Tools

• Google Sheets / Excel (advanced)
• Data analysis and interpretation
• AI-assisted research and analysis tools: Claude, ChatGPT, Gen spark, Perplexity, or equivalent
• Power BI (or similar BI/visualization tool) for dashboarding
• Basic presentation skills (PowerPoint / Google Slides) to communicate findings
