Business Initiatives and Projects Manager

Role & responsibilities

• Support renewal operations across Agency, Banca, Brokers, Digital, and Corporate channels.
• Track renewal performance and identify improvement opportunities.
• Map and streamline policy issuance and renewal processes; remove bottlenecks.
• Draft and update SOPs based on business needs and industry best practices.
• Conduct industry benchmarking and share insights to enhance renewal outcomes.
• Prepare renewal MIS, dashboards, and analytical reports for management.
• Coordinate with sales, underwriting, operations, and digital teams to resolve workflow issues.
• Support training and change management for new processes and tools.
