Business Information Analyst (Voice Process)

Responsibilities

• Interacting with various organisations and businesses through discreet telephonic calls to procure elaborative operational and financial information.
• Finding right coordinates required to reach out to the relevant contact persons of a particular organisation through internet and media searches.
• Interviewing senior management to ensure that authentic and detailed information on the concerned organisation is procured thorough probe.
• Coordinating with production and quality control teams to have the procured data compiled and analysed to generate Business Information Reports.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelors Degree or above.
• Speaks fluently in English.
• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Ability to undertake internet research to collate data.
• Good team spirit with good character and able to work hard under pressure.
