We are looking for a seasoned business leader to take Kunvarjis wealth and broking business into its next phase of growth.

The role

• Reports to the Group Managing Director, with end-to-end P&L ownership
• Based at a major Kunvarji office or branch, aligned to our business expansion plans
• Builds B2B distribution and grows wealth, family office, HNI and retail client segments
• Drives cross-sell across equity, commodity, currency, mutual funds and MTF, as well as AIF, PMS, bonds/G-Secs, unlisted securities, NCDs and IPOs
• Leads brand visibility and digital acquisition for the retail and trader community on our mobile trading platform
• Builds strong relationships with exchanges, regulators and industry bodies

Who we are looking for

• 15+ years in stock broking or investment distribution, with significant P&L and business leadership experience
• A strong market network and the credibility to attract and lead high-quality RMs and client-facing teams
• Hands-on and commercially grounded, someone who uses technology to scale and treats service as a differentiator
