Business Head

We are looking for an experienced Business Head, commercially driven professional to lead business development, strengthen industry relationships, improve profitability, and drive organizational growth in the inbound tourism sector.

Location: Gurgaon

Education: MBA or Any other Post Graduation

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop new markets, acquire clients, and grow business through international tour operators, travel companies, and trade partners.
• Build and maintain relationships with hotels, airlines, transporters, and other key suppliers.
• Negotiate competitive commercial terms and drive revenue growth, cost optimization, and profitability.
• Lead and motivate teams while coordinating with Operations, Finance, and other departments.
• Represent the organization at domestic and international trade fairs, industry events, and tourism forums.
• Drive technology adoption, process improvement, and enhanced customer service.
• Travel domestically and internationally as required.

Key Requirements:

• Extensive inbound tourism experience, preferably in a senior management role.
• Strong knowledge of India, Nepal, Bhutan, Tibet, Bangladesh, and Sri Lanka.
• Proficiency in a foreign language is mandatory; German is preferred.
• Established industry network across international tour operators, travel agents, hotels, airlines, and suppliers.
• Proven expertise in business development, commercial negotiations, P&L, cost control, and profitability.
• Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to represent the organization before clients, suppliers, government bodies, and industry associations.
