Role Overview
The Business Head will be responsible for driving overall business growth, revenue, profitability, and operational excellence for the assigned city, overseeing Sales, Design, Operations, and People Management.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute business strategies to drive revenue growth, market expansion, and profitability.
- Lead Sales, Design, and Operations teams to achieve business targets and deliver quality outcomes.
- Manage budgets, costs, business performance, and key metrics.
- Build and develop high-performing teams while fostering accountability and collaboration.
- Enhance customer experience across sales, design, and project execution.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement, technology adoption, and business expansion.
- Drive stakeholder relationships and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
Experience & Qualifications
- Minimum 13 years of experience in Sales and Business Development.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred but not mandatory.
- Experience in interior design or home interiors is an added advantage.
- Proven track record in revenue growth, team leadership, and business performance management.
- Strong commercial acumen, negotiation, strategic planning, and stakeholder management skills.
