Business Head

Role Overview:

The Business Head will lead the Experience Centres strategic growth and operational excellence, driving customer acquisition, brand visibility, and revenue performance. This role is pivotal in translating Bonitos brand promise into a seamless and inspiring customer experience, ensuring both business success and team development.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership

• Develop and execute the Experience Centres strategic and operational plans, aligning with Bonito’s short- and long-term business goals.
  
• Identify market opportunities and translate them into actionable growth initiatives for sustainable business expansion.
  
• Collaborate with Bonito senior leadership to ensure alignment with the brand vision and organizational objectives.
  

Business Development & Sales Excellence

• Lead the design and implementation of high-impact sales and marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition, conversion, and retention.
  
• Oversee sales performance to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
  
• Enhance brand visibility and positioning through effective local engagement and partnership initiatives.
  

Operational & Performance Management

• Oversee all centre functions—including Sales, Design, Operations, and New Product Development—ensuring seamless coordination and delivery against business goals.
  
• Continuously monitor and review centre performance, managing costs, optimizing efficiency, and driving measurable business outcomes.
  
• Implement best practices for process improvement, quality assurance, and operational excellence.
  

Customer Experience & Engagement

• Champion a superior customer journey, ensuring exceptional satisfaction and engagement at every touchpoint.
  
• Drive initiatives that strengthen Bonito’s reputation as a trusted and customer-first interior design brand.
  

People Leadership & Culture

• Build, lead, and inspire a high-performing team across disciplines, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and excellence.
  
• Recruit, develop, and mentor talent to build organizational capabilities and ensure succession readiness.
  
• Promote a values-driven, people-centric work environment that reflects Bonito’s brand ethos.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Experience: Minimum 15+ years of experience in Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) Sales and Business Development, with proven success in driving growth and managing large teams.
  
• Education: Postgraduate or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline.
  
• Industry Advantage: Prior experience in the interior design or home improvement industry will be an added advantage.
  
• Track Record: Demonstrated ability to deliver on business targets, lead diverse teams, and achieve consistent revenue and customer satisfaction outcomes.
  
• Leadership Qualities: Strategic thinker, strong communicator, and result-oriented leader with a passion for excellence and innovation.
