BUSINESS HEAD
D2C • SPORTS NUTRITION • GUMMIES • HEALTH & WELLNESS
BUILD THE BRAND. BUILD THE BUSINESS. OWN THE GROWTH.
We are launching a digital-first portfolio of sports supplements, gummies and health & wellness products
and are looking for a proven entrepreneur to take complete ownership of building and scaling the business.
NOT A ROUTINE SALES ROLE
We need a hands-on brand builder who has personally taken consumer brands from launch to traction and
scale not someone who has only managed an established brand.
YOUR MANDATE
- Brand strategy, positioning & product launches
- D2C website, Amazon, Flipkart & marketplaces
- Performance marketing, social media & influencers
- Sales, revenue, customer acquisition & retention
- Team building, agencies & channel management
- Pricing, margins, budgets, CAC, ROAS & profitability
- Build the systems required to scale the business
WHO WE WANT
10+ years’ proven experience in building consumer brands, preferably in sports nutrition, supplements,
wellness, FMCG or related categories; strong D2C/e-commerce expertise; entrepreneurial mindset; commercial
ownership; and a demonstrated record of delivering significant growth.
PROOF OF PERFORMANCE IS ESSENTIAL
Applicants must be able to demonstrate brands personally built • revenue achieved • channels developed •
teams managed • major growth achievements.
