* Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute a comprehensive business strategy for our pharmaceutical products in Vietnam.

- Identify and foster relationships with potential distributors, wholesalers, and importers to expand market reach.

- Drive sales and revenue growth by leveraging in-depth market insights and understanding customer needs.

- Lead and manage cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and achieve business objectives.

- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to inform strategic decisions.

- Represent our company in industry events and maintain a substantial network within the pharmaceutical community.

* Qualifications

- Proven experience in the pharmaceutical sector, specifically working within a B2B model in Vietnam.

- Strong network of contacts with distributors, wholesalers, and importers in the Vietnamese market is a must.

- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.

- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with a commercial mindset.

- Proficient in both English and Vietnamese (other languages are a plus).
