Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced and commercially driven Business Head to lead the overall operations and profitability of our automobile dealership in Gurgaon.

The Business Head will have end-to-end responsibility for business growth, P&L, vehicle sales, after-sales/service operations, customer experience, inventory, finance & insurance, accessories, used cars and team performance.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in automotive retail/dealership operations, excellent commercial understanding, leadership capability and a proven track record of achieving business and profitability targets.

Candidate Profile

• MBA preferred.
• 12-20+ years of experience, with substantial experience in automobile dealership/automotive retail.
• Experience handling a complete dealership or multiple departments is strongly preferred.
• Strong exposure to Sales, Aftersales, F&I, CRM and dealership P&L.
• Proven experience managing large teams and senior functional managers.
• Strong understanding of automotive retail economics and dealership KPIs.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder-management skills.
• Strong analytical and commercial orientation.
• Ability to work in a high-pressure, target-driven environment.
• Gurgaon/NCR market experience will be an advantage.

Preferred Background

Candidates from reputed OEMs, authorized automobile dealerships, dealer groups or automotive retail businesses will be preferred.

Experience as General Manager / Dealer Principal / Business Head / Group Head / Sales & Aftersales Head would be relevant.
