About The Role
WebEarl Technologies is looking for an entrepreneurial and result-driven Business Head to lead one of our business verticals. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, building teams, managing operations, achieving revenue targets, and taking complete ownership of the assigned product or business. This is not a traditional managerial role. We are looking for someone who can think and perform like a founder while working within the organization.
Responsibilities
- Take complete ownership of the assigned business vertical.
- Develop and execute business growth strategies.
- Generate new business opportunities and partnerships.
- Build and manage high-performing teams.
- Work closely with Product, Development, Marketing, and Sales teams.
- Define monthly, quarterly, and annual business goals.
- Monitor revenue, profitability, customer acquisition, and business KPIs.
- Create SOPs and improve operational efficiency.
- Conduct weekly review meetings and submit progress reports.
- Represent the company in client meetings, investor discussions, exhibitions, and networking events.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and long-term business sustainability.
- Identify new market opportunities and expand business reach.
- Excellent leadership and decision-making skills.
- Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
- Business development and sales expertise.
- Strategic thinking with execution capability.
- Team management and people leadership.
- Financial understanding including budgeting and profitability.
