Business Head – Digital Operations Management

About The Client Our client is seeking a highly strategic and execution-driven

Business Head – Digital Operations Management to lead and scale its Digital Operations vertical. This leadership role will be responsible for driving end-to-end business growth, operational excellence, and delivery transformation through digital enablement across global projects.

About The Digital Operations Management (DOM) Vertical Digital Operations Management (DOM), powered by Digital Twin technology, enables organizations to manage physical and digital assets—including buildings, infrastructure, equipment, and enterprise systems—through a live, data-driven digital replica. These digital models help monitor, maintain, optimize, and enhance asset performance throughout their operational lifecycle after project handover. The client delivers Digital Operations Management and Digital Twin services to organizations globally, supporting asset owners and operators across sectors such as airports, data centers, healthcare, commercial real estate, infrastructure, manufacturing, and large enterprise campuses. The Digital Operations Management business combines Digital Twin, Enterprise Asset Management (EAM), BIM, ERP, IoT, CAFM, CMMS, predictive maintenance, lifecycle costing, sustainability, and analytics into an integrated asset planning and operations platform. The objective is to maximize asset utilization, improve operational efficiency, reduce maintenance costs, and align asset performance with business objectives.

Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Growth & Strategy

• Own the P&L and drive revenue growth for the Digital Operations Management business.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities across Construction, Infrastructure, Manufacturing, Engineering Services, and related industries.
• Develop and execute scalable go-to-market strategies for Digital Operations and Digital Twin services.
• Build long-term relationships with key enterprise clients and serve as a trusted advisor for digital transformation initiatives.
• Define business strategy, market positioning, and growth plans for the vertical.

Operational Excellence & Delivery

• Lead end-to-end delivery of Digital Operations programs while ensuring operational efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction.
• Establish standardized operating procedures, KPIs, governance frameworks, and performance metrics.
• Oversee execution of large, complex, multi-location projects while ensuring adherence to quality, budget, and timelines.
• Drive continuous process improvement and cost optimization initiatives.

Leadership & Team Management

• Build, lead, and mentor high-performing teams across operations, delivery, and support functions.
• Develop leadership capability and create a culture of accountability, innovation, collaboration, and operational excellence.
• Work closely with Sales, Technology, HR, Finance, and other cross-functional stakeholders.

Client Engagement & Stakeholder Management

• Engage with senior client stakeholders to understand business challenges and recommend digital transformation solutions.
• Ensure exceptional customer experience, client satisfaction, retention, and long-term strategic partnerships.
• Represent the organization during executive-level discussions and business reviews.

Market Intelligence & Innovation

• Monitor industry trends, competitive landscape, emerging technologies, and market opportunities within Digital Operations, Digital Twin, Asset Management, and Engineering Services.
• Recommend innovative solutions and strategic initiatives to strengthen market leadership.

Ideal Candidate Profile The ideal candidate should possess deep expertise in the operations and maintenance phase of asset lifecycle management, with practical experience in how Digital Twins are utilized after project handover to improve operational performance.

Required Experience & Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in Operations Management, Engineering Services, Digital Transformation, Asset Management, or related domains.
• Proven leadership experience with complete P&L responsibility.
• Strong understanding of Digital Operations, Business Process Optimization, Enterprise Asset Management, and Automation.
• Experience managing large cross-functional teams across multiple locations.
• Demonstrated success in delivering complex enterprise programs.
• Strong client engagement, stakeholder management, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Strategic thinking combined with excellent execution capabilities.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with BIM (Building Information Modeling), Digital Twin, Digital Asset Management, or Engineering Services.
• Exposure to Enterprise Asset Management (EAM), CAFM, CMMS, IWMS, ERP, or related enterprise platforms.
• Experience implementing RPA, AI, Analytics, IoT, or Digital Transformation initiatives.
• Strong commercial acumen with experience in business development and enterprise sales support.
