Key Responsibilities

• Lead overall business operations and achieve organizational targets.
• Develop and implement business strategies for revenue and profitability growth.
• Manage sales, operations, customer service and business development functions.
• Drive new business opportunities, market expansion and customer acquisition.
• Monitor branch performance, budgets, profitability and operational efficiency.
• Lead, mentor and manage senior and cross-functional teams.
• Establish and monitor KPIs, targets and performance standards.
• Build strong relationships with customers, dealers, agencies and business partners.
• Ensure smooth day-to-day operations across assigned locations.
• Prepare business plans, MIS reports and performance reviews for management.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, processes and statutory requirements.
• Identify business risks and implement corrective and improvement measures.
• Work closely with senior management to achieve long-term organizational goals.

Qualification: Any Degree / MBA preferred

Experience: Relevant senior-level experience in Automobile, Commercial Vehicle, Two-Wheeler, Logistics, Transport, Dealership or related industries.

Preferred Experience: Candidates with strong experience in business management, operations, sales leadership, dealership management or multi-location operations.
