Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Business Head / Category Head to lead and grow a fast-growing Liver Health business.

The person will be responsible for end-to-end business growth, P&L, customer acquisition, product strategy, channel expansion and team building.

The key objective is to scale the business from 50 Cr to 500 Cr and build a strong Liver Health category.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the overall business strategy and P&L.
• Drive revenue and profitable business growth.
• Develop strategies for D2C, Ecommerce, marketplaces and offline channels.
• Improve customer acquisition, retention, repeat purchase and LTV.
• Identify new consumer segments and growth opportunities.
• Build and execute the product and innovation roadmap.
• Develop new channels including healthcare professionals, pharmacy and international markets.
• Strengthen brand positioning and consumer understanding of Liver Health.
• Identify opportunities for cross-selling, bundling and portfolio expansion.
• Track key business metrics such as Revenue, CAC, AOV, LTV, Repeat Rate and Contribution Margin.
• Build and lead the team required to scale the business.
• Work closely with Marketing, Product, R&D, Sales, Ecommerce, CRM and Supply Chain teams.

Ideal Candidate

• 8 - 15+ years of experience in Nutraceuticals, Wellness, FMCG, D2C, Beauty or Consumer Healthcare.
• Strong experience in P&L and business ownership.
• Proven experience in scaling a consumer business/category.
• Strong understanding of D2C, Ecommerce and Omnichannel business.
• Strong commercial and analytical skills.
• Experience in customer acquisition, retention and growth.
• Good understanding of product innovation and category building.
• Strong leadership and team-building skills.
• Entrepreneurial and high ownership mindset.
