Project Role Description : Support the implementation of activities for a specific business function to improve performance for a function end to end. Activities include analyzing and designing/re-designing business processes and/or defining parts of an organization.

Minimum 2 Year(s) Of Experience Is Required Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education Summary: As a Business Function Implement Practitioner, a typical day involves supporting the execution of various activities aimed at enhancing the overall performance of a specific business function from start to finish. This includes carefully analyzing existing business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and designing or redesigning workflows to optimize efficiency. Additionally, the role involves defining and structuring different components within the organization to ensure seamless integration and alignment with business goals. Collaboration with multiple stakeholders to facilitate smooth implementation and continuous monitoring of progress is also a key part of the daily routine. Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Assist in documenting process changes and preparing detailed reports to support decision-making.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on best practices.
- Continuously monitor implemented processes to identify opportunities for further enhancement. Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Platform as a Service Providers (PaaS).
- Strong analytical skills to assess and improve business processes effectively.
- Ability to design and redesign workflows that align with organizational goals.
- Experience in collaborating with diverse teams to implement business function improvements.
- Excellent problem-solving capabilities to address challenges during implementation.
- Effective communication skills to articulate process changes and facilitate stakeholder engagement. Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Platform as a Service Providers (PaaS).
- This position is based at our Chennai office.
