Project Role Description :Innovate and design function business processes, including characteristics and key performance indicators (KPIs), to meet business process and function requirements. Work closely with the business process owners to create the process blueprint and establish business process requirements to drive process efficiency. Assist in quality management reviews, ensure all business and design requirements are met. Educate stakeholders to ensure a complete understanding of the designs.

As a Business Function Design Architect, a typical day involves innovating and designing business processes that align with organizational goals. Additionally, the role includes educating various stakeholders to foster a comprehensive understanding of the designed processes, ensuring smooth implementation and adoption across the organization.

- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and refinement of business process frameworks to support organizational objectives.
- Facilitate communication and alignment between cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive process integration.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and enhance team capabilities.

- This position is based at our Chennai office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
