Job Description for Business Finance Controller

q Cash Flow Management and Monthly MIS coordinating with BUH / PCH

q Business analysis by Product, Segment, Region, Territory, Sub-Product category, Principal, End Customer, Sales & Service and provide timely inputs to Zonal & Regional heads, BUH to focus on profitable growth of division 

q Regular control of Opex and other costs in proportion with Revenue

q Prepare price calculations, incentive schemes to dealers/distributors, tender calculations, Working Capital management (AR, Deposits, Inventory & AP).

q Coordinate and support the plant finance for control over Product cost of manufacturing, COGS and inventories and ensure DPO delivery is improvement over AOP targets. 

q Support BU in all commercial negotiations with Principals, Distributors etc.

q Ensure the AOP EBDT is achieved / over-achieved month on month basis and converted into free cash flows.

q Maintenance of Cash Flows of the division and ensure free cash flows  

q Prepare and Ensure accuracy of MIS data as per group financial policy and processes.

q Provide all requisite documents and support for timely completion of internal and statutory audits.

q Keep the BUH and the CFO informed of the what and how of the financial risks embedded in business decision making to enable better quality of management decisions

q Advice the BUH / Leadership team on opportunities for price realization and cost reduction.
