About this role
Minimum qualifications:
Business Finance's purpose is to create economic value for Google to fuel innovation. We balance the roles of trusted advisor and guardian to reveal opportunity, manage risk, and optimize investment. We establish a seat at the table and drive impact through a grounding in hard data, an independent point-of-view, a bias to action, a collaborative approach, and a focus on the development of our people.
In this role, you will ensure that the company makes sound business decisions. As a Business Finance Analyst for the India market, you will be a strategic partner to the India leadership team, primarily focusing on Ads Sales and its supporting functions. Your work, from sophisticated financial modeling to tracking core performance metrics, will be the foundation upon which our leaders make critical strategic decisions.
This role offers a unique vantage point into one of Google's most significant markets. You will not only manage the rhythm of the business (reporting, forecasting, and target setting) but also exercise thought leadership to shape the long-term financial strategy and operational excellence of the India business.

- Distinctive problem-solving skills with a proven track record of building complex financial models and identifying non-obvious trends in large datasets.
- Excellent teamwork, communication and presentation skills; can craft and deliver a message with credibility to influence executive leadership.
