Business Finance Analyst

Position : Business Analyst

Experience : 2 - 5 years

1. SAP Public Cloud Business Analyst end-to-end support personnel for SAP S/4HANACloud Public Edition across Procurement, Finance, Sales, and HR/Workforce.

2. Create, edit, and govern supplier, customer, and product/material/BOMmaster dataincluding vendor lifecycle and validations, customer attributes and segmentation, anditem attributes, units, pricing, and BOM structures.

3. Review and maintain GL master details and chart of accounts mappings; support month-end reconciliation and postings.

4. Diagnose root causes of process and configuration issues across modules and drivecorrective actions.

5. Validate and maintain Business Roles and enforce segregation-of-duties (SoD) controls; coordinate access reviews with IT Security and process owners.

6. Support business teams with requirements and system configuration changes andissues.

7. Define and execute test plans: lead UAT and manage defect remediation.

8. Support migration, master-data reconciliation, and data quality during go-live andchanges.

9. Develop training materials and produce process documentation for business users.

10.Use analytics and reporting to monitor data quality and process KPIs; recommendimprovements and governance controls, if any.

11.Act as the Point of Contact (POC) for Internal and Statutory Audits, responsible for providing relevant samples to auditors to facilitate and
