Key Responsibilities:

Job Description:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Gather and report market insights and feedback to help inform product development and marketing strategies
• Collect and verify all necessary documents including KYC, vehicle documents, and guarantor details to ensure compliance.
• Conduct regular visits to both customers and guarantors to assess their financial stability and strengthen relationships.
• Visit transport offices regularly to engage with potential clients, gather insights, and identify new business opportunities.
