Reporting To Branch Manager / Area Business Manager

Job Purpose To acquire customers for car loan products through direct sales, dealer relationships, referrals, and field sourcing activities while achieving assigned business targets.

• Key Responsibilities Source new customers for car loan products through field visits, references, and dealer networks.
• Build and maintain relationships with automobile dealers, brokers, and channel partners.
• Generate leads and convert them into loan disbursements.
• Explain loan products, eligibility criteria, interest rates, and repayment options to customers.
• Collect and verify customer documents required for loan processing.
• Coordinate with the credit and operations teams for smooth loan approval and disbursement.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Track market trends and competitor activities.
• Achieve monthly sales, login, sanction, and disbursement targets.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, and sales activities.
• Candidates with 1- 5 years of experience in BFSI, vehicle finance, banking, NBFC, or direct sales.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of loan products and customer relationship management.
• Two-wheeler with valid driving license preferred.
