Location: Gurgaon (MG Road)
Experience: 3 to 5 Years
Qualification: Graduate (B.Tech preferred)

Nxtra by Airtel is looking for a driven professional to join our team for Third-Party Data Centre Reconciliation, focusing on procurement operations, partner coordination, and invoice and billing governance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage third-party data centre procurement feasibility requests and PR/PO processing.
• Handle group orders and coordinate with partners on business requirements and escalations.
• Manage invoice processing, billing discrepancies, price validation, and billing-period verification.
• Monitor invoice pendency, consumed-power billing, and disconnection activities.
• Support inventory and payment reconciliation, reporting, and compliance.
• Coordinate with Finance and internal stakeholders on budgeting and outstanding invoices.

What Were Looking For:

• 1–5 years of experience in Sales or Procurement.
• Knowledge of procurement processes, ERP systems, and MS Office.
• Strong communication, commercial acumen, and partner management skills.
• Basic understanding of data centres and network infrastructure.
• Colocation product knowledge will be an added advantage.
