About this role
- Business Executive opening for sales, BFSI, housing finance, NBFC, banking or marketing profiles.
QUALIFICATION
- Diploma / Any Degree
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Source new customers for Home Loans, Loan Against Property (LAP), and other housing finance products
- Generate leads through field visits, referrals, and marketing activities
- Explain loan products and eligibility criteria to customers
- Collect customer documents and complete KYC requirements
- Coordinate with credit and operations teams for loan processing
- Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain customer relationships
- Follow up with customers until loan disbursement
- Prepare daily activity and sales reports
SKILLS REQUIRED
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Sales and negotiation skills
- Basic computer and mobile application knowledge
- Ability to work in the field and achieve targets
ELIGIBILITY
- Age: 18-40 years
- Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving licence
- Open to all eligible candidates, regardless of gender
- Immediate joiners preferred
