Key Responsibilities:

• Source new business from Dealers and DSAs (Direct Selling Agents).
• Conduct Field Investigations (FI) as part of the loan process.
• Ensure timely and accurate updation of APD (Application Processing Documents) such as invoice, insurance, and registration certificate (RC).
• Generate new passenger vehicle finance business from the market.
• Maintain strong rapport with customers during field visits.
• Handle collections and support sales growth.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication and relationship management.

Required Skills:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Field experience in auto loans or passenger vehicle finance is preferred.
• Ability to manage dealer/DSA relationships effectively.
• Basic knowledge of vehicle documentation processes.
