Business Executive (Off Roll )

• Handling all retail Proposals referred by dealers
• Attending to customer inquiries / grievances on timely basis.
• Responsible for all the business activities of the dealership
• To tie up & co-ordinate with Dealers for business development and maintain good rapport with all.
• Ensuring that the process and policy guidelines are strictly adhered to.
• Ensuring prompt customer service to all customer & Dealers.
• Ensuring complete documentation, stamping and formalities related to pre and post disbursement of all cases
• To Ensure 100 % CD collection in all the last 12 months cases
• To have a complete control on NPA and overdue in all contracts .
• To arrange and actively participate Sales Promotion Activities
• Ensure to follow up all the taken initiatives at higher level.
• Timely reporting to ABM when required
• Maintaining smooth relationship with all outlets of dealers.
