Business Executive Assistant(MD's Office)

Strategic Support & Research:

Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and prepare data-driven briefing documents for the MD prior to key meetings.

Project Governance:

Track the progress of "Special Projects" and strategic initiatives. Ensure that action items from leadership meetings are executed by the respective department heads on time.

Communication & Liaison:

Draft high-stakes internal and external communications. Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, investors, and the Board of Directors.

Executive Presence:

Attend high-level meetings alongside the MD, capture critical insights, and synthesize them into actionable executive summaries.

Operational Efficiency:

Optimize the MDs schedule to ensure a balance between internal management, external networking, and "deep work" time.
