Job Summary
About this role: Wells Fargo is seeking a role in Business Execution Associate
Responsibilities - Participate in planning and executing a variety of programs, services, and initiatives, and monitor key indicators to ensure effective performance and control management of assigned operations or business groups
- Review basic initiatives including policy or process changes, process improvements, technology enhancements, and conduct regular reviews to identify efficiencies and cost savings opportunities
- Receive direction from leaders and exercise independent judgement while developing an understanding of policies and procedures, best practices, and initiatives
- Collaborate and consult with mid-level managers or cross-functional business partners
- Provide work direction to less experienced Strategy and Execution staff
- 6+ months of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- MBA or Graduate in Finance, Management or Strategy
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; ability to manipulate large sets of data (BI Tools, Pivot Tables, Macros)
- Knowledge and understanding of Corporate Investment Banking
- Ability to research and report on a variety of issues like company hierarchy building (parent to subsidiaries) using problem solving skills
- Experience in problem analysis, solution implementation, and change management
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to make timely and independent judgment decisions while working in a fast-paced and results-driven environment
- Ability to articulate issues, risks, and proposed solutions to various levels of staff and management
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and across all organizational levels, where flexibility, collaboration, and adaptability are important
- Experience in financial analysis including company assessment (leverage, working capital, etc.), global market awareness (currency, commodities, trade, etc.), and internal client/LOB financial performance analysis
- Experience with customer relationship management systems (CRMs) including Salesforce.com
