Business Execution Associate - CA Fresher

1. DSA Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with DSAs, ensure regular engagement, resolve operational issues, and support consistent business sourcing and conversion.

2. End-to-End Loan Tracking: Monitor loan applications from login to sanction and disbursement, ensuring timely follow-ups, clear ownership, and closure of pending cases.

3. TAT Monitoring and Improvement: Track turnaround time at every stage of the loan lifecycle, identify bottlenecks, drive timely resolution, and improve overall processing efficiency.

4. Business MIS and Analytics: Prepare and analyse business MIS covering sourcing, sanctions, disbursements, conversion ratios, pipeline ageing, DSA productivity, and business performance.

5. Stakeholder Coordination: Coordinate with credit, legal, technical, operations, sales, and DSAs to resolve issues, expedite case processing, and ensure timely disbursements.

6. Pipeline Management and Execution: Maintain a real-time view of active, pending, and delayed cases, proactively escalate bottlenecks, and ensure every case has a clear next action and closure timeline.

7. Financial Analysis and Business Performance Monitoring: Analyse business trends, identify conversion gaps, evaluate DSA-wise productivity, and generate actionable insights to support business decisions.

8. Business Head Support and Process Improvement: Work closely with the Business Head on business reviews, action tracking, reporting automation, and process improvements, ensuring strong execution discipline and timely completion of priorities.
