• Build and own one controlled repository for every policy and SOP, with a clear hierarchy (policy, process, SOP, work instruction, records), unique IDs, an approval workflow, review dates and proper version control
• Keep an adherence tracker — — so nothing out of date is ever in use. where SOPs are being followed, where they're not escalate the gaps. Make sure every fix ends as a written, trained, tested SOP — — and no fix is "done" until it's documented.
