Business Excellence Manager

bout the Role
We are looking for a Manager – Business Excellence who will be responsible for
monitoring and analyzing the operational performance of bus services across the North Region.
The role will involve preparing and maintaining operational performance reports,
identifying process gaps and improvement opportunities from the data, and working with relevant teams to design and implement operational processes that improve service efficiency and overall performance.
The ideal candidate should have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, good understanding of operational processes, and the ability to convert data-driven findings into actionable improvements.

Key Responsibilities / KRAs
1. Operational Performance Reporting
Prepare regular reports and dashboards to track the operational performance of bus services across the North Region.
Monitor key operational metrics and identify deviations from expected
performance.
Consolidate operational data from different locations and teams into meaningful management reports.
Present key findings, trends, and performance gaps to business stakeholders.
2. Data Analysis & Identification of Gaps
Analyze operational performance data to identify recurring issues, process gaps, and areas of inefficiency.
Conduct root-cause analysis for operational deviations and performance issues.
Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency, service quality, and
process adherence.
Translate data insights into clear and actionable recommendations.
3. Process Improvement & Business Excellence
Develop operational processes and improvement initiatives based on identified gaps and business requirements.
Work with cross-functional and field teams to implement process improvements.
Define process objectives, responsibilities, and performance measures for new or improved processes.
Standardize successful processes and practices across the North Region.
Continuously evaluate implemented processes to measure their effectiveness.
4. Execution & Performance Monitoring
Drive execution of identified operational improvement initiatives.
Coordinate with regional, city, and operational teams to ensure timely
implementation.
Track progress and impact of improvement initiatives against defined KPIs.
Highlight implementation challenges and recommend corrective actions.
Ensure sustainability and adherence to improved operational processes.
5. Stakeholder Management
Work closely with operations, regional teams, and other relevant stakeholders to understand operational challenges.
Facilitate discussions around performance gaps and improvement opportunities.
Present business insights and recommendations to senior management.
Act as a bridge between operational teams and business excellence initiatives.
